Roles and Responsibilities

1-    Contributesto the issuance and implementation of all forms of evidence and studies relatedto quality and accreditation programmes at the university.

2-    Provides thenecessary support to facilitate the work of the accreditation, evaluation andquality committees by providing them with all the necessary data andfacilities.

3-    Supervisesthe preparation of studies related to performance development at the academicand administrative levels of the university.

4-    Provides thenecessary support and coordinates efforts to prepare institutional performanceevaluation reports (academic and administrative) with a system of indicatorsshowing actual achievement ratios, in coordination with different departmentsand administrative centres.

5-    Supervisesthe modernization of executive action plans at the university level incoordination with the relevant units and administrative departments.

6-    Follows-upthe efforts and work of quality committees in educational departments andprovides all forms of support and guidance in the completion of theirprogrammes.

7-    Designs theannual plan and the annual budget of the Centre.

8-    Prepares theperiodic reports on the level of completion of departments duties and submitsthem to the Director of the Centre.

9-    Prepares programmesand plans related to the implementation of various accreditation and qualityprogrammes.

10-                       Provides the necessarysupport to quality offices in faculties and develops their work procedures toensure that they carry out the work assigned to them.

Performs anyother tasks assigned to by the immediate boss.
